3.0El trato de la señora que derige esus locales no tiene ningún responsabilidad , y no debería tener esa responsabilidad
− No tenía TV y cuando llames te contesten la primera vez y después nada te orientan al contestador automático todo una semana así y eso no es una responsabilidad debería contestar y decir la verdad y realidad y además está gestionando varios locales y creo todos de la misma forma y se me ha ido la luz ni siquiera se informaron de mi estado

− Trotz Ankündigung in der Beschreibung gab es in den 21 Tagen keinen Lift; bisher hat sich der Vermieter nicht auf eine Mietminderung eingelassen. Mit 73 Jahren mußte ich mich mehrfach am Tag in die 4. Etage quälen. Im Haus war jedoch eine Baustelle mit Lärm und viel Staub bis in das Appartement.

− Estaban de obras en la comunidad y nos despertaron con las máquinas a las 8.30h casi todos los dias.

8.0Estaba limpio, y tenía los utensilios justitos para dos personas.
− El acceso al portal, necesita una adecuación urgente, con ese acceso no tendria que tener permiso de habitabilidad.
