Wir sind mit unseren 2 Kindern angereist und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Fewo ist gut ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Sehr herzliche und nette Gastgeber. Der Garten ist ein Traum, das Essen war hervorragend. Kommen bestimmt wieder!

Hospitality That Comes Straight from the Heart!

Elena and Raffi are truly wonderful hosts—warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at home. My train was was due to arrive after 11 p.m. Despite the late hour, Elena kindly offered to pick me up from the station herself. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I was touched by her kindness and generosity from the very beginning. My studio apartment was located in a separate hut, giving me a lovely sense of privacy. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed: a very comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom. Elena had even left a small jar of delicious homemade grape marmalade as a welcome gift, which was a tasty surprise. There was a French press in the apartment for making coffee, but when Elena discovered that I'm more of an espresso person, she and Raffi immediately offered to prepare one for me every morning at their restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to try their cooking because the restaurant is open only from Wednesday to Sunday from 5 p.m. But if the homemade grape marmalade is anything to go by, I'm sure the food is exceptional. They also have a wonderful selection of local natural wines, and I hope to enjoy a dinner there next time. The location is peaceful and pleasantly removed from the tourist crowds. It's just one S-Bahn stop from Pörtschach, or about a 25-minute walk through a countryside road. There's also a small beach only around 500 metres away, perfect for a refreshing morning or evening swim. What I appreciated most, though, was the atmosphere. This isn't just a place to stay—it's a place where you feel genuinely cared for. You can talk with Elena and Raffi anytime. Everything feels authentic rather than touristy: calm, relaxed, and full of heartfelt hospitality.

− The only small thing that bothered me was the distant hum of traffic from the main roads, which I could hear in the apartment when the windows were open. That said, it wasn't a major issue—these days it's hard to escape that kind of background noise anywhere. Since I mostly came back to the apartment in the evening, I quickly stopped noticing it. It certainly didn't take away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

Das Konzept, die gemütliche Ferienwohnung und das liebevoll gestaltete Grundstück sowie die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber haben unseren Aufenthalt am Wörthersee zu einem wunderschönen Familienurlaub verholfen. Die Kinder konnten sich im Außenbereich frei bewegen, spielen und verweilen. Ob Tipizelt, Hängematte oder Spielküche: es gab viel zu entdecken! Im Hof und im Garten gab es verschiedene, gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, um den Tag als Familie ausklingen zu lassen.
