− It should have been more cleaner, more hygiene friendly, toiletries should have been present before check-in, kitchen facilities were negligent, dirty plates, glasses, washbasin, description said cooking facilities available but no utensils or stove were there. 2 sofa beds availability mentioned but it was sofa chair only, no garden view. Bed Linens should have been cleaner, did not look washed properly. It ended up a bad choice while looking for relaxing family vacation plan.
Rooms good and comfort. Host charging more than the booking amount.

− They charged extra than the showen in the website. If we not accept that they were asking to cancel the booking. We planned everything and set then they asking more amount we not able to cancel the booking. Also they were not adjusting for anything for 1 hour delay checkout. They were forcing us to checkout. Also they were informing us to don't provide feedback or reply to booking to the booking website . It's not fair for them. Actual booking amount 3326 with tax. Actual I paid 3800/-.
