Shower was a nightmare. So far the worst stay I’ve had in Iceland :(
2.0Spacious.
− 1. Not enough hot water supply for us (just 2 persons) to take a quick shower. The hot water completely run out after around 15 mins, during the middle of my shower. So I had to use cold water to finish cleaning myself in the end, which is very disappointing at a winter night. 2. Drain in the shower was not properly cleaned so water wouldn’t go down when showering. I had to manually clean an remove the blockage myself. 3. The bedroom is downstairs so it is not that convenient.
It is an own risk if you choose to stay in this apartment/house.
5.0Big and spacious. Good location.
− Poorly maintained. The hot water supply breakdown on the second night for several hours. We couldn't shower for the whole night. The hot water supply came back next morning but the shower room draining was jammed!!! The owner was not helpful and said that we must have patience. She also gave us a life statement "isn't life is not always straight "...
