Selve lejligheden er rigtigt god med god plads, fine faciliteter, fremragende badeværelse og køkken samt opholdsrum. Gode senge, men vær opmærksom på døren mangler til det ene værelse som også er beskrevet fra udlejer.

− Et kæmpe minus er lejlighederne der ligger ud til pantvirksomheden, jeg vil mene det er ud til forsiden af bygningen. Du kan høre splintrene glas fra kl. 08.00 om morgenen. Desuden fandt vi aldrig den omtalte vaskemaskine, men spurgte heller ikke om hjælp

Clean, confortable, alot of space, nice barhroom, full kitchen.

− - Can be busy/ noisy at times. Alot of door banging, furniture moving, heavy feet, yelling. - Building is in a weird spot. Don't expect Icelandic landscape view.

Modern apartment with parking near Akureyri centre

The apartment is modern and spacious, with a balcony and nice views, we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, we appreciated the arrival guide which was very clear making the self check-in process smooth and easy. There is a designated parking spot at the building.

− It is a shame that there is no proper second bedroom since the apartment is so big and spacious. There is one proper double bed and doors in one bedroom and the second bedroom has just a small double bed which is not comfortable for two adults and this "room" has no real door - second couple ended up sleeping on a couch in the living room which is fine for two nights, but not appreciated. Also, there is Endurvinnslan recycling right across the street, it did not bother us because we stayed during the weekend and it did not work - on Monday morning, you could clearly hear the sound of glass breaking. The grill did not seem clean enough, so we did not use it.

The whole place was amazing, it even offered free access to two hot tubs! A beautiful apartment perfectly located, peaceful, and well-equipped with everything one may need for a short stay.

− My friend had misplaced the key. According to the instructions, it should have been left in the key box when we were out of the apartment, but he took it with him and misplaced it. I tried to get in touch with the property via Booking to no avail. When I contacted the agency (since the apartments are apparently leased and offered by the agency) by phone, I was told they had only one key at the venue! The kind lady who answered my call tried to reach the owner for a while, but to no avail, since it was nearly midnight and the owner did not pick up! My Booking message was answered way after we left the next day, saying - we are sorry, but we cannot help you!!!! Fortunately, we did find the key and managed to get in. If not, we would have ended up sleeping in the hallway, since they did not provide the second key, and they did not seem to be upset by the fact that the three of us did not have a place to stay.
