6.0A quiet area,just next to Bienalle where we've attended. Very close to the city centre,7min walking! Very comfortable. First floor apartment. Basic,but all you need.
− The flat is A bit tired look. There were some ants But the ants aid was provided and looked after the cleaners. In otherhand it's Venice,next to the water!

Funktionale kleine Wohnung ideal für Alleinreisende
8.0Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit einer kompletten Küche, Spül- und Waschmaschine. Im Sommer war es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl trotz heißer Temperaturen in der Stadt. Die Lage ist für einen Besuch der Biennale ideal, eine Vaporetto Anlegestelle ist direkt um die Ecke. Check-In und Kontakt waren direkt und easy.
− Wie viele Wohnungen ist auch diese sehr hellhörig, man hört leider jeden Schritt der anderen Touristenunterkunft darüber. Für Alleinreisende ist die Wohnung ideal, für zwei Menschen wird es schon eher eng, gerade das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Den Schlüssel zur Unterkunft muss man vorab an der P. le Roma abholen - kein Problem, aber mit Gepäck und bei Hitze dennoch etwas umständlich.
