Beautiful 4 days in Santa Marinella with the family
10.0Super spacious condominium with everything one needs. The host Sebastian is a very nice person that helped us a lot not only with the organization, but also gave us many useful advice on how to spend time best in the area. The beach is just 5 minutes away from the house, and it is clean and well maintained. Living in the house felt like everything was made by the owners for themselves, super cozy clean and nice. Highly recommend

Very beautiful apartment with outstanding terrace.
10.0The huge terrace and very well equipped kitchen and other rooms as well. We felt like at home, plus my wife really fell in love with enormous terrace on which she would spend the whole day sunbathing. There is one more terrace which provides shade most of the day. Morning coffees were breathtaking. The access to the beach was nearby as well as grocery store, so you could leave the car parked most of the days. We really enjoyed our stay, totally recommending.
− Nothing major, but since we have spent most of our stay on the terrace we have noticed the passing train is quite loud.

10.0Staying there felt like being in an old family home, very cozy. Everything you need is there, very well equipped place. The huge terrace is amazing and is the highlight of the place. Seba was so nice and quick to answer! Would definitely recommend!
