1.0Csak az elhelyezkedése volt jó a szállásnak, a kilátás.
− Katasztrófa az egész! 6 db klímából 2 működött, de azok is szemmel láthatóan penészesek voltak. Koszos érzet volt mindennel kapcsolatban. Az ágymatrac teljesen kifeküdve. Mosdó csaptelepből a víz alig folyt a vízkő miatt, szinte használhatatlan. A fürdőben is több helyen kosz, penész, illetve a törölköző szárító is gusztustalan volt. A zuhanycső is szét volt esve. A konyhai csaptelep kirohadt a fa munkalapból. Plafon és a parketta ázott. A szekrényben a koszos törölközők és tisztítószerek tömkelege volt. A szállásadó az elején még készséges volt a panaszainkkal, de hárított a bookingra, ők pedig vissza. Ha pihenni és nyaralni megyünk, nem ilyen mocskos helyen képzeli el az ember, a fotók alapján meg pláne nem a valóság mutatkozott meg.

7.0The location is good, with several restaurants nearby. Public transport is easy to reach, and the beach is within walking distance. The balcony is quite narrow, but it offers great views.
− On the downside, there were some aspects that could be improved, which made the overall experience average rather than excellent. While the property is convenient for exploring the area, it did not fully meet our expectations.

5.0− Die Wohnung könnte sehr angenehm sein (schöne Lage, hell, ruhig) – aber erst nach einer Überarbeitung. Der Zustand aktuell (Nov. 2025) ist: Fußboden im Wohnraum stark abgewetzt, Decke mit Wasserflecken, die Sitzmöbel von den booking.com Fotos weitgehend nicht vorhanden, nur ein kleines Sofa (für 4 Pers.?), Wasserhahn in Bad offenbar verkalkt (nur ein dünnes Rinnsal Wasser), Heizung lautstark, bei den zwei Doppelbetten nur eine einzige dünne zusätzliche Decke vorhanden (trotz Bitten wurde keine weitere Decke zur Verfügung gestellt) … Bea und Christopher
Relaxing stay in Lido Venezia
9.0Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and vaporetto station, but in a quiet area. Good size for 3 to 4 people, well equipped, staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book it again.
− The floor is partly damaged and heavily used, should be renewed.
Superb
9.0Easy communication, set the time the day before and met the lady in the exact time next day. The exchange and all we need to now happened for around 10 minutes. The location is really quiet and we all slept very well. I can imagine booking the same place next time too. There are enough bars and shops for those who want to stay outside of Venice for a day too.
