10.0The apartment was beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed. The hostess, Marena, thoughtfully attended to our needs and communicated periodically throughout our two week stay to insure we were comfortable, even providing coffee and delicious confections to welcome us. The location is very convenient to restaurants and historic sites.

10.0Esperienza fantastica, sin dalla prenotazione. La signora Morena è un'autentica assisana, ricca di spirito e di un senso di ospitalità fuori dal comune. Amabilissima, sempre molto disponibile ad aiutare i suoi ospiti, gentile, ma anche discreta. L'appartamento è proprio bello, veramente "molto molto molto gradevole", eccellente da tutti i punti di vista, anche grazie ad alcuni dettagli che fanno la differenza: dal profumatone "Cantico" agli angeli, dalla dolce La cucina è veramente completia(anche la lavastoviglie). Il letto è nuovo e comodissimo, le lenzuola morbide e profumate come la biancheria. Dalla finestra si vedono i tetti di Assisi e la cupola della Chiesa di San Ruffino. Abbiamo dormito bene come a casa. Il bagno è spazioso, e la doccia è fantastica. Anche il terrazzino è un posto piacevole dove leggere un bel libro, magari sorseggiando una tazza di te. Insomma una vacanza nella splendida pace di Assisi, in un'oasi familiare, discreta, assolutamente non rumorosa, sempre accogliente. E non mancano le sorprese "miracolose". Molto più di eccellente. Ad Assisi torneremo e certamente a Porta Perlici! Grazie di cuore

10.0La posizione, a cento metri da San Rufino e a cinque minuti dalla piazza del Comune. L’alloggio è finemente arredato, con un’attenzione ai dettagli davvero inusuale. Sono stata quattro notti con i mei figli e la mamma di 90 anni, che si è trovata benissimo

Perfect accomodation in a perfect town.
10.0Everything. It was in a quiet part of the beautiful historical centre, easy walking distance to everything. It retained bits of the old stone work inside.
− Nothing. Perhaps it would be quite dark inside in the winter but I am sure it’s fabulous in summer when you need time out of the heat.
