− Le scale mancano di corrimano che può essere un problema per persone con ginocchia doloranti e difficoltà a salire e scendere… scale per il terrazzino sicuramente esteticamente piacevole ma pericolose… da porre molta attenzione dal momento che non c’è corrimano..
Fabulous stay in central Spoleto
10.0We spent a wonderful 4 weeks in the apartment. It is in a great location close to Piazza Mercato and cafes/shops, but it is very quiet so you can get a good nights sleep. It is well set up for a long stay and the kitchen has everything you need. From the terrace you get fabulous views of Spoleto and its surrounds- a great place to have meals and evening drinks. Giovanni was always helpful with information and organising taxis- he regularly checked with us to make sure everything was OK. There are some stairs so those with mobility issues may have problems. I would highly recommend a stay in Giovanni’s apartment.

9.0Clean, full of character, excellent location, fantastic outdoor terrace with views over the town. Our host Giovanni was very clear with arrival instructions and was very welcoming.
− There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms so electric fans would have been appreciated, but that is a very minor quibble.
