1.0− Gestione ckeck-in fallimentare, nessuna comunicazione da parte dell'host, alchè chiamo io il numero che trovo sulla prenotazione: nessuna risposta, mando sms: nessuna risposta Chiamo il servizio cliente, e devo dire che l'operatore è stato super gentile comunico quanto accaduto e mi dice che se entro 45 minuti l'host non risponde posso effettuare una nuova prenotazione. al minuto 41 ricevo una chiamata da parte dell'host dicendo che stava aspettando una mia comunicazione circa il mio arrivo: da che mondo e mondo l'ospite chiama per avere istruzioni sul check-in... faccio presente che ho chiamato e inviato sms e sorprendentemente il numero di cellulare presente sulla prenotazione è errato... Come posizione dell'appartamento di per sè non sarebbe neanche male, si trova a Sassari bassa, peccato che la gente vista nel quartiere faceva paura!

− It's a very dark place, with weird smell. I doubt it was properly cleaned before arrival. Unfortunately photos does not fully represent the reality.
