10.0Przepiękny widok z balkonu na wulkan Etnę oraz na panoramę miasta niemal z każdej strony.Mieszkanie przerosło nasze oczekiwania jest bardzo czyste, schludne i wyjątkowo duże.Rewelacyjne wyposażenie, w obiekcie nie brakowało absolutnie niczego.Świetny układ pomieszczeń: przestronne pokoje, duża kuchnia oraz świetny balkon.Wejście do budynku oraz ogromna klatka schodowa robią wielkie wrażenie, a na klatce unosi się piękny zapach.Obiekt jest w pełni przystosowany i posiada wygodny podjazd dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami.Doskonała lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa na Etnę, do miasta oraz na zakupy do sklepów.Bezproblemowe parkowanie – miejsca są przed budynkiem, a w razie potrzeby właścicielka dysponuje też prywatnym miejscem na tyłach.Fantastyczny, rewelacyjny kontakt z właścicielką oraz bardzo tani podatek turystyczny.

10.0Pulizia, comfort, posizione. In casa non manca nulla. Presente lavatrice, doccia spaziosa e funzionante 100%, cucina e frigorifero nuovi, termosifoni ed acqua calda con caldaia autonoma. Condominio pulito e nuovo, ascensore spaziosa anche per eventuale passeggino o sedia a rotelle.
− Bisogna sforzarsi di trovare un difetto, noi non me abbiamo trovati.
