9.0The apartment was relatively close to the train station (a 15 min walk) and we could reach the San Marco Plaza in a 20 minute walk. The host was very helpful and attentive. We would like to give special thanks to Costantino, that made our stay even more memorable. There were so many good places to eat and enjoy in the area, from restaurants to wine bars.
− Our apartment was on the top floor (the 4th) and it was a bit hard to get to with our luggage when we arrived and left (but the view was exceptional).

10.0Nowy, czysty apartament. Bardzo przestronny, trzy sypialnie i trzy łazienki. Położony w idealnej lokalizacji, niedaleko dworca i Placu Św. Marka. Pietro jest wspaniałym gospodarzem, pomocny i życzliwy. Bardzo polecam ten apartament.

10.0Good location - quiet, but close to walk to main attractions or vaporetto stop. Nice evening nightlife nearby, but we never felt unsafe walking around at night. Apartment - comfortable, clean, and spacious. Great layout and amenities for our mixed group of 6 people from 3 households. Check-in was smooth - great communication.
− We knew ahead of time that stairs were the only access, and that it was going to be a climb to the top floor, but one note: The 4 stories of stairs were steeper and with more steps than we North Americans were used to. Not horrible, but not how we expected it to be.

10.0Geräumiges, sauberes Apartment im schönen und ruhigen Stadtviertel Cannaregio. Von der Vaporetto-Station Orto wenige Minuten entfernt, die Anlegestelle zu den Inseln Murano und Burano ebenfalls fussläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ideal ausgestattet, die Matratzen sehr gut und die Aussicht toll. Die Distanz zum Canal Grande und zu den Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nicht zu groß und auch zu Fuß gut machbar. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, ob telefonisch oder per WhatsApp, war perfekt. Danke Pietro!

10.0El apartamento está en un barrio tranquilo, con supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca. El apartamento en general es amplio y estaba muy bien, muy limpio, con menaje más que suficiente y con camas muy cómodas. Dormimos muy bien porque no había nada de ruidos exteriores. Pietro muy bien, siempre respondía muy rápido y estuvo atento por si necesitabamos algo o teníamos alguna duda.
