− Le luci nella camera piccola ( ogni letto dovrebbe avere la possibilità di avere un punto luce) La parte esterna dell’appartamento dovrebbe essere un po più curata….

6.0Molto vicina alla spiaggia, casa molto fresca. Zona cottura comoda e pulita, frigorifero grande. Stoviglie e prodotti per la pulizia e lavatrice nuovi e sufficienti.
− La casa non risulta per niente come quelle in foto, era buia perchè quasi sotto al cavalcavia della ferrovia e molto più spoglia, di sicuro non col design in foto. Si sentono i treni passare, per chi ha il sonno leggero può essere un problema, a noi non ha dato fastidio però. Le finestre erano due, direttamente affacciate sulla strada per cui oltre all'essere la casa buia di per se, non si potevano tenere le tende aperte essendo l'appartamento al piano terra. La camera leggermente claustrofobica perchè era presente solo una piccola finestrella in alto. Il bagno cieco con una ventola un po'troppo debole a mio parere. L'arredamento essenziale, il divano aveva un odore un po' particolare. Per accedere al giardino comune menzionato tra i servizi bisognava uscire in strada e fare un pezzo a piedi.

− Casa molto buia e umida tanto da dover tenere acceso un deumidificatore e le luci tutto il giorno, stanze piccole e senza armadi. Presenza del box sotterraneo ma per due settimane ascensore non funzionante (macchina al piano -4)
