− I had to pay separately for the sheets and towels. The trains pass by all day and so for the sensitive ones, it can be a bother

10.0− I did not like that the instructions say you have to pay a deposit in cash - even though I didn't have to pay it. Also the fact that you get no refund if you cancel. I had to cancel because the trains went on strike on Sunday and had to get back to zurich for Monday. Therefore I would not return to your property nor recommend it.

Beautiful view and unprofessional host.
8.0The size of the apartament, the view and the location.
− First of all the host was very unprofessional in giving us information. The check in was very hard because she/he was sending us images from google street view where is the location. Also we didnt know anything about the check in procedure until we arrive in front of a gate and we waste a lot of time in middle of road waiting for those information to arrive. Also it isn t specified that few meters away from house is a railway where trains pass almost every 30 minutes and make a lot of noise. One of the most weird thing is that you have to pay EXTRA fee for towels and bed sheets. Same thing as at check in, was at check out when we didnt recive any information and we had to try to get in contact with the host.
A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for EUR 12 per person per stay. Please contact the property before arrival for rental.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
