7.0- großes Apartment - Parkplatz vorhanden - allgemeine Austattung ist gut (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine) - Balkon klein aber schön - 2 Toiletten
− - Kommunikation ausschließlich in Italienisch - Für 5 Personen nicht sehr geeignet (sehr kleines Zustellbett) - Küchenaustattung könnte besser sein (Spülmaschinentabs etc. müssen selbst mitgebracht werden)

1.0− I can understand that the building was dirty, it was the end of the season and there was a construction happening right next to it (that was not mentioned anywhere). I can understand that nowhere does it say that the whole building is in constant shadow from the giant block of flats right next to it. I can understand that the apartment is in need of renovation. What I cannot understand, nor can I accept, is the giant, black fungus in the bathroom. It's not only the bathtub, where PERHAPS you could miss it. No, it's in the middle of a white wall, clearly visible.

10.0posizione non proprio vicina al mare ma sicuramente comodissima in macchina, lontano dal rumore e con un piccolo supermarket all'angolo. Appartamento davvero comodo per due coppie di amici o per una famiglia. vi era poi una macchi da caffè a capsule con fette biscottate, marmellate e cioccolatini per la colazione
− nulla. Farei trovare unicamente una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigorifero in estate per gli ospiti.

− Non do il punteggio massimo, solo per le doghe del letto matrimoniale che cigolano a ogni movimento E fanno molto rumore
