− noua avons du attendre 2 heures devant la porte d'entrée le code qui nous avait été écrit n'était pas le bon, après bien des problèmes avec le téléphone qui ne répondait pas nous avons enfin pu obtenir le no ..personne pour nous accueillir et pas de mot d'accueil et aucuns au revoir. quand au papier WC 3/4 de rouleau pour 3 personnes pendant 4 jours c'est un peu minimaliste, d'autre part il y a une fuite d'eau à l'extérieur de la douche .les photos sur Booking ne correspondent pas au réel.
Tutto bene, ma almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua me la aspettavo!

5.0Il bagno molto grande, la doccia enorme
− Il check in on Line, con troppi link, richieste e passaggi da eseguire… inoltre sono stata ingannata dalle foto che facevano sembrare l’appartamento molto più grande, con due camere da letto, due piani… invece non è così. Eravamo due nuclei familiari e uno ha dovuto dormire in salotto. Le scale a salire molto ripide (no ascensore), e puzzavano parecchio. Cuscini terribili (altissimi e duri) e ante dell’armadio rotte e pericolanti!! (Per noi con un bimbo di due anni davvero pericolose)

− could improve cleaning standards. also wardrobe doors were broken, so we couldn't open that and store our stuff safely. they said they'll take care of it, but nothing happened.

4.0Sehr gute Lage
− Sie Wohnung war sehr einfach ausgestattet, keine Balkonstühle, Balkon nicht nutzbar, angegebene Größe falsch, keine 70qm, sondern nur ca. 50 qm. Ständig kam Wasser in der Küche unter der Spüle weg, Schaden konnte nicht behoben werden. Esseckenstühle Sitzflächen verschlissen und mit nicht passenden Hussen abgedeckt. Nachtischlampe im Schlafzimmer zerbrochen, Wohnung kann nur über 5 Treppen mit 45 Stufen erreicht werden, für ältere Leute oder mit Kindern mit Gepäck sehr mühsam. wir hatten in Cernobbio bereits mehrere Ferienwohnungen angemietet, die ausgezeichnet waren, dieses war mit Abstand die schlechteste.
