8.0Lieliska atrašanās vieta, viegli sasniedzama vilcienu stacija, pilsētas ūdens transporta satiksme un pilsētas centrs.Pati vieta prom no centra kņadas, blakus augļu tirgus un pārtikas veikals. Viegla, saprotama, laipna un operatīva komunikācija ar naktmītnes īpašniekiem. Apartamentos viss sadzīvei nepieciešamais, tīrs un kārtīgs. Ļoti novērtējām to, ka ir divas tualetes un dušas telpas. Ērtas gultas.
− Būtu labi atsvaidzināt guļamistabu interjeru, īpaši drēbju skapjus, bet citādi labi - vienkārši, bet labi. Domāju, ja būtu saimniekam paziņojuši par izdegušu naktslampas spuldzīti, tā tiktu nomainīta. Tāpat ir saprotams, ka intensīvajā tūrisma sezonā ir daudz lietas, ko grūti operatīvi sakopt.

− Limpieza, desconchados, calor extremo en el apartamento (>30º), ventiladores ineficaces de la suciedad que tenían.

5.0Idealna lokalizacja, blisko przystanku promu F.te Nove i spacerkiem 300m. Do Ponte Rialto ok 7 min piechotą, do P.San Marco ok 12 minut. Okolica wolna od turystów i generalnie spokojna, ale...
− Po pierwsze brak klimatyzacji i kompletny brak przewiewu sprawił, że pobyt latem w tym apartamencie jest nie do wytrzymania. Wymęczeni wyjechaliśmy wcześniej do innego apartamentu z klimatyzacją. Po wtóre obok jest sklep i trzeba się liczyć z tym, że od 6 rano jest hałas związany z dostawami. Apartament jest na parterze i ściany są dość wilgotne (co jest normalne w Wenecji), ale przy braku klimatyzacji to sprawia wrażenie przebywania w saunie.
