8.0Die ruhige Lage mit Seeblick war wunderbar. Auch die Mückennetze in etlichen Fenstern waren sehr hilfreich.
− Die Wohnung war geputzt, aber nicht sauber. Die Armaturen im Bad oder der Fußboden in der Küche seien als Beispiel genannt.

7.0Grundordnung und Sauberkeit war vorhanden.
− Trotz langem laufende lassen war das Wasser in Dusche und Waschbecken immer etwas gelblich. Hat ein ungutes Gefühl hinterlassen. Wenn man Mülltrennung wünscht sollten auch entsprechende Eimer zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

− Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus! Die Lage außerhalb , aber ruhig . Möbliert aber in einem alt Bau .
