10.0A casa é exatamente como anunciada, espaçosa, com piso aquecido, wi-fi funcionando perfeitamente. Cozinha completa e dois banheiros completos, muito confortável. A localização é muito boa, você faz tudo a pé. Nos sentimos muitos seguros no local e o atendimento do Sr. Jorge foi sempre muito solicito e esclarecedor, estando sempre disposto a ajudar no que fosse necessário.
