10.0Sehr gute Ausstattung, genügend Stauraum, großer Balkon im 4.Stock mit Aussicht auf die Berge, zentrale Lage im Umfeld alles zu besorgen wie Drogeriemarkt, Lebensmittel , Bäcker, Lokale usw. Toll war bei den hohen Außentemperaturen die Klimaanlage samt elektr. Jalousie und Aufzug. Wir waren 10 Tag vor Ort - nach 5 Tagen frische Handtücher und Restmüllentsorgung. Die lebhafte Umgebung hat uns nicht gestört. Vor allem war es super wie Herr Daniele uns bei einem Problem mit dem Safe geholfen hat .Vielen Dank. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

10.0Fuimos para el fin de semana largo a Merano y fue maravilloso. El departamento tiene la mejor ubicación: está al lado del centro y de las termas. Hay muchos lugares para comer y disfrutar. El Tappeinerweg está muy cerca, ideal para hacer una caminata hermosa. Nos encantó Fior Apartments, tiene todo lo que necesitas, las camas son cómodas y Daniele siempre está disponible ayudando por WhatsApp. Si volvemos, elegiremos de nuevo este apartamento.

9.0Appartamento nuovissimo, pulitissimo, spazioso e ben tenuto a ridosso del centro, vicinissimo alle terme e vicino ai principali servizi. Tutto perfettamente raggiungibile a piedi. La presenza di un ampio balcone per noi molto utile. Molto comodo il self check-in.
− Non c'è parcheggio nei dintorni e l'area è abbastanza trafficata. Noi abbiamo sostato in uno dei due parcheggi gratuiti a circa 800 mt dall'alloggio, scaricando prima le valigie davanti all'edificio dove si trova l'appartamento (come suggerito dal proprietario). Volendo ce ne sono a pagamento più vicini. Non è stato un grande disagio, ma è giusto saperlo prima.
