10.0Perfekte Lage, direkt an der Anlegestelle. Die Wohnung war mit allem, was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut, sie lässt sich aber ausschalten.
We would stay here again if we came back! Close to everything. A perfect stay!
10.0The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. A beautiful place!! It was just steps from water transportation (Vaporetto’s) making travel within Venice and to the out lying islands easy. There were restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance without taking a Vaporetto. Yanet and her husband were very quick to answer any of our questions.

10.0It's right on the san stae dock, so it's super convenient. It is fully air conditioned, so it saved us during the heat wave of 2026. The check-in and check-out was super easy, the owner or her friend met us at the dock. The apartment is fully featured, super clean and spacious.
