9.0Everything was clean and had everything you need.
− It would be nice to have an explanation how the heating and cooling system works, because we had some troubles with it how to turn it on. Next to that troubles the electricity went off a few times and the apartment was too hot then. If you are sleeping in the bed that is up, it's going to be also hot, there is one fan in the whole apartment that is working but also very poorly.

− La casa avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione dato che ci sono parecchie cose da sistemare, inoltre la cosa più brutta sono le scale che conducono all' appartamento,da usare quando l ascensore purtroppo non funziona.

9.0The property was in an excellent location - close to the canals, restaurants, lake, gelaterias and shops. It was spacious and clean - with plenty of tourist information. Kitchen was well equipment- big fridge and a dishwasher. ( plus utility area- washing machine etc) Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus- it also had an extra mezzanine area which could serve as a third bedroom or seating area. Paola, our host, was so friendly and helpful-she spent time making us feel welcome and settling us into the apartment.
− N/A- The apartment was really good and great value for 4 adults. An improvement point could be to have a bigger sofa unit which can accommodate 4 adults ( the existing one is a bit small) as there’s plenty of floor space.

10.0Location, location, location! And a beautiful apartment, with a fantastic upstairs loft that sleeps two. Paola has alot of literature to facilitate one's travel. She visited us and shared her knowledge of the area and recommended many great restaurants. If anything was missing or not adaquately working, she was very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. I would definitely stay here again!.
