− Nelle notti calde bisogna ricordarsi di notte di svuotare il secchio che raccoglie lo scarico dell' aria condizionata, altrimenti straripa e bagna il balcone del vicino al piano inferiore.Bisognerebbe trovare una soluzione più pratica
