I could live in this apartment
10.0Really quiet location about 10 min from the tourist areas. If you don’t mind a bit of walking or a water bus ride it’s the perfect spot. Warm and spacious with a nice little kitchen. Luca was so helpful even when we made a few mistakes.

10.0We had an amazing stay in Venice! Luca is an exceptional host who stays in touch before, during, and after your stay, providing all the information you need and making everything smooth and easy. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and extremely well-equipped. It truly feels like a home away from home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, too. Public transport stops right in front of the house, and the airport shuttle stops nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The city centre is just a 15-minute walk away, and the walk itself is a wonderful experience. The apartment is situated in a lovely residential neighbourhood where you can experience the authentic atmosphere and everyday life of Venice, while still having easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I would highly recommend Luca's apartment to anyone visiting Venice!

10.0Nous avons été accueillies par un hôte très chaleureux et qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour visiter Venise. L'appartement est d'une propreté rare et particulièrement confortable. L'hôte nous avait indiqué en avance comment accéder à l'appartement par navette et vaporetto, on a donc trouvé de suite son emplacement. Il a été toujours joignable, disponible et réactif. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

10.0Apartament położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, przytulny. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy, pomocny, podał nam istotne informacje o Wenecji, wskazał miejsca w Wenecji gdzie najlepiej się stołować.
