9.0Comfy, conveniently located accommodation, close to touristy attractions like the medieval cities of Narni, Arrone and the Marmore waterfalls.
− Kitchenware should be expanded by adding some essentials like knives, lids, a cutting board, salad bowl. Adding WiFi connection would be a welcome improvement.

− Quando nel pomeriggio ho telefonato per confermare l’orario di arrivo, mi è stato riferito che la struttura in realtà non era disponibile in quanto aveva gli operai nel bagno. Alla mia domanda di avere un rimborso, il proprietario è stato molto cortese e me l’ha ovviamente concesso. Ho chiesto quindi se avesse una soluzione alternativa per la notte da propormi; mi ha proposto un’altra soluzione ad un prezzo decisamente più alto. Allamia domanda di chiarimenti, è sparito del tutto. Ho dovuto trovare un altro hotel fuori Terni.
