Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele Angenehmlichkeiten wie zum Beispiel: Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle runden das Erlebnis ab. Zum Strand sind es nur zirka 200 Meter zu Fuss. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Er hat uns frühzeitig Informationen gesendet, wie zum Beispiel; wie die Anfahrt am besten gelingt und einen Zeitplan für den Abfall. Uns als Familie hat es rundum gefallen. Wir würden die Wohnung wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

The host were super nice and receptive. Excellent info given for arrival. AC in both bedroom, wonderful neighbors (Isabelle and Marco), few restaurant walking distance, 5 min walk to beach, 5 min drive to village of Valledoria, bed was comfortable, well equipped apartment.

Perfect beach house, with all the services that you need and nearby bar and restaurant.

The house is in a very good location, 5 min walk from the beach. There is one very good restaurant and one open air bar just 3 min walk away, which is a perfect place to eat out in the evenings or just to have a coffee/drink/ice cream. Well priced as well. I loved the BBQ. Good clean garden with a roofed seating area, just ideal for enjoying the hot evenings with a cold drink. Kids loved the area and found a wild turtle in the garden which they fed and cuddled. Good free parking just in front of property. Small city with plenty of shopping and restaurants 5 min drive. Very local italian feeling, with normal prices.

I recommend it. It's very nice and nice. Contact with the host from the very beginning and during the stay was very nice. A house built of 4 fenced houses. Terrace with chairs and loungers to sit on and a garden shower to cool off. The neighbors opposite the Belgians are very nice and helpful. At home, everything you need, even an iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need in the kitchen. Only a small narrow shower. We are slim, it wasn't a problem, but with a big belly and more weight, it would be hard to turn around or bend down. It is close to the sea and the beach because 5 minutes walk and on the way a great restaurant open from 19:00. We ate in different ones for 12 days and this one definitely wins over pizza and other dishes are also delicious. On the beach 2 pubs where also very good food until 15:00. Ideally to the airport and other places because an hour away. great location.
