7.0La posizione il parcheggio e le dotazioni(aria condizionata e lavatrice) sono decisamente il punto forte della struttura.
− La casa non è molto ampia per 4 e non ha sfoghi verso l'esterno se non un balcone piccolo non utilizzabile per mangiare in 4. Se si lasciano i letti in cucina montati diventa tutto molto stretto.

10.0Pozione strategica, 200 m dalla spiaggia e vicina al centro pedonale. Appartamento spazioso dotato di tutto il necessario compresa lavatrice e frigo congelatore grande. Zona silenziosa con parcheggio coperto.
