Arrivati lunedì ci siamo accorti che lo scarico del bagno non funzionava. Ci hanno messo tre giorni a mandarci qualcuno,

− Bagno con doccia rotta arrugginita e sporca. Tutto l’arredamento molto lasciato andare Pulizia generale molto molto scadente Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo
Relax con amici in una zona meravigliosa
9.0La posizione è eccellente: da un lato la spiaggia (vista mare dal balcone attrezzato con tavolo e tenda da sole), dall'altro lato il lungomare di Marcelli, in pieno centro. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi o con le navette gratuite messe a disposizione dai comuni di Numana e Sirolo (nei mesi di luglio e agosto). Comodissima la spiaggia privata a 20 metri dall'abitazione (una porzione della spiaggia libera) con a disposizione una cabina, un ombrellone e due lettini. Posizione strategica per visitare tutta la zona ricca di arte, natura e prelibatezze gastronomiche.
− I mobili sono un po' datati, le prese elettriche non sono comodissime e lo scaldabagno è un po' piccolino, l'acqua calda finisce in fretta, ma in fondo non manca niente, c'è anche la tavola da stiro!

7.0Ideální poloha bytu přímo na pláži. Krásný výhled z terasy, mnohem hezčí, než je na fotce. Zdarma plážová lehátka a slunečník. Pláž čistá, hezká. Obchod, pekárna i zelenina a ovoce je 2min pěšky od apartmánu. 2x týdně trhy přímo pod domem, v létě akce na náměstí opět vzdáleném pěšky cca 3minuty
− Byt má velmi staré vybavení. Ložnice jsou dobré, kuchyně také ucházející. Ale koupelna je opravdu jen pro otrlé povahy, sprchový kout je naprosto špinavý, zanedbaný a báli se do něj jít i děti..
