− Die Ausstattungsbeschreibung entspricht nicht der Realität. Nachdem ich nach 24 Stunden die Wohnung wegen der nicht funktionierender Heizung verlassen musste, wurden mir 60,- von bezahlten 350,- erstattet.

9.0Appartamento molto accogliente con tutti i servizi. Tenuto molto bene. Presente anche un piccolo terrazzo ed una stanza lavanderia, entrambi molto utili. Posizionato vicino al centro storico, raggiungibile anche a piedi e molto bene anche per raggiungere i posti più belli delle Marche, sia a nord che a sud. Parcheggio libero trovato nelle vicinanze senza mai difficoltà.
− Supplemento richiesto per la presenza di un cagnolino.

10.0L' organizzazione della struttura, l' appuntamento è spazioso e ben organizzato, bagno con doccia e bidet. Tutto molto pulito. Posizione ottima , anche se non c'è un parcheggio riservato alla struttura, abbiamo parcheggiato sempre con facilità lungo la strada.

− Something that cannot be controlled by the guest - the parking. On a Saturday evening it is a miracle to find a parking spot nearby. But I suppose it's much easier during the rest of the week.
