6.0It was a beautiful property in a great location.
− Only one of the 4 AC units was working properly. We informed the staff after not sleeping the first night because of the heat and horrible noises. They said they sent a technician that day but nothing was wrong. They finally got someone there on the third day who immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed the worst unit but didn’t have time to fix them all. Wish they would have really addressed it the first day.

− Ants and bugs. I would say they must have had this problems for some time given that I have seen enough ants 50,60 of them in the main living area. But they did not have anything said in advance
