8.0La posizione e' molto buona e centrale e trovare parcheggio non e' difficile. L' appartamento e' molto carino , ben arredato e c'e' tutto quello che e' necessario per una vacanza lunga. E' a due passi dalla fermata dell' autobus per Venezia e non molto lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria.
− L' unica critica e' la mancanza di portasciugamani nel bagno e di portasaponette nella doccia.

Family visit to Venice and surrounding areas
10.0Great space for the whole family with separate bedrooms. We had a comfortable stay and were able to prepare simple meals. Good base to explore Venice, especially by bus. Many shops nearby for groceries and take away. We also used this as a base to access Padua and the thermal springs.
− Power points were a bit of challenge, but we managed to overcome
Spaceous nice apartment in the center of Spinea.
7.0keybox was easy to find and code provided worked! Nice interior and everything was there to have a comfort stay.
− Key was said to be with black label and written "botanica". Instead right key was with green label and no written "botanica". As there were several keys it was confusing. We couldn't use microwave nor kettle because adapter was missing. For more comfort there could be a rack for towels in the bathroom.
