10.0La casa è molto ampia, ci si può stare in una famiglia allargata o più famiglie. È perfetta anche per dei bambini perché fornita di tutto ciò che può essere utile a loro. Anche in piena estate risulta arieggiato e la sera è uno splendore mangiare sul balcone.
