Excellent penthouse apartment, in the central area, with a wonderful terrace, very well equipped kitchen, welcoming hosts. Breakfast is at the restaurant on the ground floor, reserved space at the Kursaal underground parking. Everything was perfect.

Very nice apartment in a lovely town. Breakfast coffee and croissant in the bar each morning v nice .

Everything was perfect here, starting from the very kind host to the comfort and spaciousness of the facility. A huge terrace, a complete modern kitchen, a comfortable bed, etc. make this facility feel like home. The location is in the very center, 100m from the main square. Everything is a few minutes' walk away. The café and restaurant on the ground floor of the building has existed since 1930. The dishes are delicious and the prices of food and drinks are affordable. Due to its central location, Montecatini is an excellent choice for visiting other towns in Tuscany (Pisa, Florence, Siena), and you can do it by train or car in 30-45 minutes. We recommend taking the train, because the trains are comfortable and you don't have to look for a parking lot, and in addition, ZTL (limited traffic) is in effect in the cities. Although there is free parking 7-8 minutes' walk from the property, our hosts Theresa and Sabrina even made an effort to find us free parking in the underground garage across the street from the apartment for the entire duration of our stay. Very kind and generous of them (what host will give you such treatment?) THANK YOU Sabrina and Theresa. In addition to the apartment in the attic (for 2-3 people), there is also a large apartment on the first floor, comfortable for 6 people, so if there are more of you, choose that option for your stay. A very positive experience that we will share with friends and will definitely come back again.

location is perfect, 10 min to terme. kitchen with whole equipment allowed to made the dishes what we love and have a lunch on the terrace. parking is very close. breakfasts in the restaurant at the same building what is very convenient.
