10.0Posizione ottima, a due minuti da piazza San Marco
Piccola fuga a Venezia
The stay its self was “okay”, however we wouldn’t stay there again. The price is expensive for what you get (especially
3.0The property was in a nice area however it is a long way from the train station, and the airport. You will have many bridges to cross/carry your luggage over.
− The place was very cold. We tried numerous times to get the heat to work, as well as the hot water with very little luck. The water would go from cold to warm with more cold than warm. You never got hot. We contacted them about the thermostat, nd the place being cold. The only answer we got was where the thermostat was which we already knew

Guest review
10.0The location is awesome. The staff is very friendly and supportive if anything is needed. The apartment is very spacious. In particular, we enjoyed the large kitchen.
− With more than 4 persons, someone needs to sleep on the couch in the living room. We knew this before, so it was ok. However, the living room is just separated by a curtain from the entrance and the couch was already a bit too soft.
