10.0Firstly, the host is both charming welcoming and agreeable on every level. She greets you warmly and guide you through how to use the apartment and all the available attractions that are available within the immediate area of Venice and beyond. Having spent nearly 2 months in Italy and having stayed at several apartments, this was by far the most outstanding. I can highly recommend it to anybody who needs a comfortable and extremely convenient place to explore Venice.

11/10 — We absolutely loved our stay!
10.0From the moment we arrived, Elisa was the most wonderful host. She met us at the dock and walked us the two minutes to the apartment, welcoming us with such warmth and friendliness. She gave us fantastic recommendations for bakeries, restaurants and sightseeing and genuinely wanted us to experience Venice like a local. We could have listened to her talk all day — especially with her beautiful Italian accent! The location was perfect, right on the Fondamente Nove dock, making it so convenient for getting around Venice and for day trips. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, ultra clean and incredibly comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were both generous in size, the kitchen had everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a real bonus. The living room had plenty of space and two large windows that opened to a lovely view of the water. After spending the day exploring, it was wonderful to come back to such a beautiful, peaceful apartment, rest and shower, then head out again for an evening walk and dinner amongst the lights and bustling streets of Venice. Elisa was always available whenever we needed anything and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We loved Venice and loved our apartment. If we are lucky enough to return, we sincerely hope Elisa’s apartment is available.

10.0The location is fantastic; on the lagoon, near vaporetto stops to mainland and islands, close to shopping and restaurants. Also easy walk to backs streets of Cannareggio and other districts. The hostess is thoughtful, helpful, and patient, and the apartment offers everything one needs to eat in, sleep well, and otherwise take care of a family of 4. Take our advice, stay here and enjoy your time in the city.
