The kitchen deserves to be reequipped

The location is absolutely perfect, everything is close by. Eventhough the house does not have its own parking spots, we did't have much of a problem finding white coloured spots in the town, where you can park for free.

− There was no proper kitchen knife for cooking (only butter knives). We also missed having a corkscrew – a real pity for a stay in the heart of Tuscany! Additionally, none of the lids seemed to match the pots and pans. Upstairs, one side of the bed was damaged. The shower door was also damaged, making it quite difficult to open and close. While these are mostly minor details that can be easily fixed, together they made our stay a bit inconvenient.

− Da un'ora prima del mio arrivo ho provato a chiamare il gestore dell'appartamento ma era continuamente occupato. probabilmente aveva appoggiato male il microtelefono (cornetta). Dopo aver provato diversi modi per raggiungerlo ho messaggiato a Booking usando anche la password inviatami, nessuno mi ha chiamato! A dir la verità stavo andando in panico. per fortuna dopo un'oretta, che ormai erano le ore 20, mi ha chiamato il gestore dell'appartamento. Concludendo direi che l'appartamento anche se abbastanza pulito era molto misero, ad esempio con mensole che stavano ritte perché non cera su nulla ma al primo oggetto si è rovesciata, ma quello che non accetto assolutamente è che in caso di bisogno non ho trovato nessun riferimento immediato!
