8.0host extremely responsive. host left some food and bottle of sparkle for guests - very nice gesture. very easy to deal with. can highly recommend. we had seven bikes and 2 cars to park - plenty of space, fantastic garage
− cannot think of anything really. the only thing people need to be aware of - the apartment only has one shower / bath - but 3 toilets. if there are many people in the group who might need a long time int he bathroom, it can get tight - we were 7 guys, and all very relaxed and little time int he batchroom.

10.0The communication from the host, Clara, was exceptional. She gave clear instructions on how to find and gain access to the apartment, and even left a welcome pack of snacks and drinks, which was most appreciated after a long day travelling. The apartment has everything you need if you’re looking to have a few nights in and all of the rooms are a good size. The trek back up the hill from the village takes a bit of getting used to, but is to be expected given the fact you’re on a mountain 😂 There is a heated garage available to store your ski’s and boots so you can enter and exit the slope just above the Clotes lift, or it’s just a short 2 minute walk down the hill to get to the storage lockers at the base of Clotes if you’d rather leave everything there. I would 100% recommend this apartment and host.

9.0Location was fine, view from balcony was excellent. 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. 3 toilets, washing machine, dish washer. The host was very easy to communicate with.
− Only one shower. Kitchen is a bit tight.
Italian law prevents central heating from being used in September - Cold and wet !
7.0Great communication from host. Apartment was good in a great location. Garage was great for motorbikes.
− Unfortunately there is a law in Italy which prevents the central heating from being turned on before October. It was unusually cold and wet this September during our visit. As there was no central heating the apartment was very cold (12c). The main problem was that we were not able to dry wet clothes. As a result of the bad weather and us being wet and cold each evening, we left 3 days earlier. This was not the fault of the owner, but the Italian law. Be warned if planning to visit in September IF the weather is cold and wet.
Great to stay at Clara's apartment for the 2nd time in 3 yrs.
