Very bad experience
1.0The view
− The information was misleading, and many important details were either unclear or omitted. The apartment is located in a very old house that has been divided into two separate apartments. Several aspects of the property were disappointing. The living room and the third bedroom did not have air conditioning, making those areas very uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. The bathroom layout offered almost no privacy. There was a glass partition and a window between the two bathrooms, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate for guests. The mosquito problem was severe. There were so many mosquitoes that it was difficult to sleep or even stay comfortably inside the apartment. The washing machine was not inside the apartment. It was located in the garage and had to be shared with the guests in the other apartment, which was never made clear in the listing. The host also attempted to charge twice the agreed security deposit and made several unreasonable requests that were not part of the booking terms or within his rights as a host. Overall, the property did not match the expectations set by the listing, and our experience was very disappointing.

10.0The house is gorgeous! The view to lake Como is one of a kind. It has everything for one perfect holiday! Clean and very spacious. Close to Vila Carlotta and Vila Balbianelo 🤍 15 minutes by car we went to Victoria Beach in Mennagio. Matteo & Marisa are wonderful hosts! Thank you!
