7.0Unit was nice. Very clean. Was in a good location. Loved hearing the church bells from the unit.
− The front door lock was very challenging. Had difficulty getting in and out of door. Because our flight had been late, our host couldn't meet us to explain how to work the door.

9.0The location close to the train and bus stations were great! Within 10 min walking distance. The space was clean and provided all necessities for a short stay! Even coffee, sugar, and cooking essentials for a quick and easy breakfast before venturing out into the city. The area was close enough to the busiest areas, but quiet enough at night that we weren't kept up all night. The bed was clean and comfortable, with a nice quilt and fluffy pillows. Although we were comfortable without, fans were accessible. There was also a central AC/heat unit, though we barely used it. Our host, Nicola, met us at the apartment when we arrived to welcome us to the city, provided a brief tour of the space, and offered some reccomendations! He was very friendly and communicated timely thru messages, should there be any issues (there were none) or questions! Should Venezia be on our next itinerary, Nicola's space will be at the top of our list to book again!
− A few more cooking utensils in the kitchen would be nice! There was only one large spoon.
Lugar perfeito. Excelente localização e conforto. Sem duvida a melhor escolha pra Veneza.
10.0Localização, limpeza, conforto e recepção do anfitrião.
Ci torneremo senz’altro
