Ideale Lage für die Biennale
8.0Die Lage zwischen Arsenale und Giardini war für unseren Biennale Besuch perfekt. Supermärkte und diverse gute Restaurants sind fußläufig ganz nah zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und weniger touristisch überlaufen im Oktober. Der Empfang in der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung war gut und alles , was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem und die Heizung funktionierte gut.
− Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man das Möbelrücken der anderen Hausbewohner mitbekommt..

10.0Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der schon im Vorfeld zahlreiche Informationen geschickt hat. Piero hat sich sehr nett und gut um uns gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben unter anderem die Biennale besucht. Hiefür ist die Lage der Wohnung ausgezeichnet. Ein weiteres Plus ist die ruhige Wohngegend abseits der Ströme des Massentourismus. Dennoch kann man in gut einer viertel Stunde den Markusplatz zu Fuß erreichen und hat im Übrigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe.

9.0excellent location - we were a stone's throw away from the Biennale which made it the perfect place to be. Really appreciated the Biennale map that was left in the flat for us ! Super easy to access, and as long as windows are closed you don't get disrupted by noise. The flat is surprisingly big and the kitchen was well stocked.
