− Logement atypique avec accès assez complexe mais les explications ont été données par le loueur. La 2eme chambre qui est avec un accès différencié de la maison (par le jardin) pas adapté qu’on y loge avec des enfants et assez lugubre Peu de pression dans la douche et quasi pas d’eau chaude

The Instructions on how to access the property were very clear and concise. Our host was very helpful, particularly when I had an Alzheimer's moment and could not work out how to use the shower, our host responded promptly to my silly enquiry. The owner also gave us tips on the area as well. The apartment was very spacious and extremely well equipped with all utensils needed, The complimentary bottle of bubbles was enjoyed on the balcony watching the sunset over the lake. The bus stop was very close by, as were a deli/mini mkt/butchery, and a great little bar called Peppo's bar, where the drinks are very affordable and you don't feel like you're being ripped off by tourist prices. The locals in this village we ever so friendly. Id happily come and stay here again

− If you have trouble with mobility issues, such as walking gradients for 100m or so and a couple of flights of stairs with heavy bags, then this may not be the place for you. The local bus is a bit hit and miss. Never seems to run to its timetable and can be really packed at times, weekends in particular. It is understandable in a way, as the road out of Como is very narrow, and traffic can quickly and readily bank up causing delays. The last and only minor thing was, we were left with 1/2 a toilet roll for 4 days...we could not find any spare rolls!! so we bought what we needed. Guess the cleaner forgot to leave spares.

Absolutely stunning location and spacious and comfortable apartment

Rustic stone apartment that has been renovated and is well equipped and comfortable with all of the modern conveniences for a home away from home. The views and location are amazing- spent most of our time on one of the terraces/ balconies admiring the scenery. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We hope to return here soon for a longer stay.

It was amazing view from the apartment! Facilites and everything was good! Next time if we go Como we ll choose this apartment again is it sure!

the view, the garden, the borgo, the location and the kitchen

− instructions to get there parking was challenging and no good for anyone with limited fitness or mobility. couldn’t take bags due to the stairs. took 2 hours to find. better for a couple as 2nd bedroom really dank and creepy. beds very uncomfortable. the location saved the day.
