Sehr gute Lage, sehr nette Gastgäber. Könnte etwas moderniesiert werden für den Preis.
7.0Die Lage ist sehr gut - nur 3 min zum Hafen. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und auch per Telefon/Whatsapp erreichbar für Fragen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Apartment ist sehr groß. Die Zimmer bieten viel Raum. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich sehr umfangreich. Es gibt einen großen, modernen Kühlschrank mit Eisfunktion. Die Bäder sind relativ neu. Der Garten ist super um die Fahrräder einzuschließen. Der Parkplatz ist auch für ein sehr großes Auto ausreichend groß (das Einparken braucht etwas Zeit, da das Tor recht eng ist).
− Das Apartment riecht sehr stark nach Moder - besonders das zweite Bad (das ist der Lage am Lido geschuldet und der Kanalisation - trotzdem nervt es). In beiden Bädern ist der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig: man kann sich im ersten Bad kaum die Haare waschen. Im zweiten geht es gerade so. Es gibt Kosmetikartikel im Bad, die aber von früheren Gästen stammen (ganz bunt gemischte Reste - ist zwar nett, aber nicht als "Kosmetikartikel" zu bezeichnen). Die Küchenmöbel sind teils schon in die Jahre gekommen sowie alle Möbel, die sehr zusammengewürfelt wirken. An der Fasade sitzen Tauben und kacken die Treppe voll sowie alles, was in der Nähe der Wand steht (zB Fahrräder) - die Treppe ist dadurch ziemlich ecklig und man trägt den Kot in die Wohnung (es gibt nur eine ganz kleine Fußmatte). Wir haben uns den Garten etwas integrierter vorgestellt. Leider ist er nur über die Eingangs-Treppe erreichbar.

Perfekt für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern
9.0Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Eine Grundausstattung (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Kaffee) in der Küche war vorhanden, so dass wir nicht sofort einkaufen gehen mussten. Empfangen wurden wir von der Gastgeberin und einer ihrer Töchter persönlich. Da wir mit dem Nachtzug gefahren sind war es super schon um 10:00 in die Wohnung zu können und auch später auschecken zu können. Die Wohnung ist fußläufig vom Vaporetto-Halt "Lido S.M.E." zu erreichen und mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an einem der kostenfreien Strände im Süden.

9.0Extremely nice and big flat, close to the center and several services (bus stop, stores). Very clean, good wifi, well organized kitchen, nice garden. Owner kind and responsive.
− If I should find a drawback, that would be the noise coming from the main street which the flat is close to. No problem at nightime though, so overall not a big deal.
A magnificent find - so comfortable and convenient and ideally suited to a family of four.
