7.0Overall, the apartment is excellent. It is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the free parking is a great advantage. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The main issue is that there is no washing machine, and more importantly, there is no iron available. We asked if we could borrow an iron, but our request was refused, with the explanation that this is not a holiday home. In my opinion, for guests staying for several days, having an iron available would be a basic and reasonable amenity. The kitchen also lacks some basic essentials, such as salt and black pepper. There is no coffee machine, coffee, or tea either. The refrigerator is also quite small compared to the other apartments we stayed in during our trip, which provided these basic items. I would also suggest adding some chairs or a small sofa on the ground floor near the bathroom, as the area is currently empty and does not look like the photos shown in the listing. Another suggestion would be to install safety bars or window guards for the ground-floor living room windows. The windows cannot be left open safely because there are no protective screens, and they also do not open from the top. Overall, the apartment is beautiful, very clean, and spacious, and the free parking is a great plus. I believe that if they added a coffee machine, provided an iron, and included a few basic kitchen essentials, as well as improved the ground-floor area and secured the windows, the apartment would be perfect. Especially considering that the price of the stay is not inexpensive, these basic amenities would make a big difference.

− Second room was in the basement and small. Too many steps in the house. Car park was actually 200m away from the house. Construction next to house narrows drop off significantly making loading unloading difficult with blind spot to downhill traffic.
