10.0Loved the closeness of the beach. Amazing area. Closeish to the Main Street. Very helpful assistance at check in and check out. Any questions could be asked via whatsapp. Good amenities in the kitchen and the whole house, even laundry tablets!
− Not the property but the area, lots of litter everywhere. As a possibility of improvement, a beach umbrella to be used by the renters? So people going by plane don’t have to buy it and leave it

9.0La casa è in una posizione ottima, a 5min dal centro di Torre S. Giovanni e a 2min a piedi dal mare. È ottima per un gruppo di 7 persone, essendo fornita di due bagni (entrambi con doccia, uno solo con bidet), una cucina con tutto il necessario (piatti, pentole in abbondanza, posate, tovaglie...), un balconcino e una veranda esterna (con tavolo). I letti sono disposti in 2 camere matrimoniali e una singola, il divano-letto matrimoniale si trova nel salone d'ingresso. La biancheria è disponibile su richiesta. Le docce sono ben funzionanti e spaziose, così come i bagni. Nelle finestre sono presenti zanzariere, necessarie in tarda serata. Check-in e check-out sono stati molto comodi e l'host Sonia è stata molto disponibile per eventuali richieste aggiuntive e nell'informarci sul funzionamento della raccolta differenziata.
− Uniche pecche il non funzionamento della cappa in cucina (ma ci sono due finestre vicine) e del condizionatore nell'ingresso (ma è sufficiente tenere aperte le porte con le zanzariere)
