Spacious apartment in the city center
9.0The host was very helpful, showed us the whole apartment and gave us good tips. She allowed us to store our luggage for several more hours the next day. One of the most affordable apartments in the city with great location.
− No AC but it is town regulations but has strong fans. The price is still a little too high for my taste but compared to other options I would rank it higher.

− We visited in summer and it was super hot. With no air conditioning we found it difficult to sleep.
Wonderful stay at Lake Como!! So much better than Bellagio.

10.0Beautiful historic apartment, centrally located in Varenna overlooking the town square. Owner met us and gave detailed walk through of apartments facilities, great contact throughout trip and offered additional advice for excursions with family & helped arrange airport transfer at end of stay. Very reasonably priced given the central location, and all the family slept well. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer - thank you Marilena!!!

10.0We took a train from Bérgamo to Varenna, a relatively quiet town. Our host, Marilena, was extremely hospitable—she showed us how to use the room facilities and introduced us to nearby places such as supermarkets, fish stalls, and restaurants. She even helped us find a horseback riding spot about 20 kilometers away. We stayed here for four days and used it as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Compared to Bellagio, Varenna is much more tranquilo. There is a pebble beach nearby, and whenever we had free time, we would go for a swim or relax by the lake, sunbathing and reading. It was incredibly relaxing. On the last day, she have some free time, so she kindly drove us to the train station. She was incredibly friendly. We were very gratefuly!
