− Egyetlen dolog volt amit hiányoltam az a klima berendezés volt. Nem is néztem a szállás foglalásakor, hogy van e vagy nincs, mert a mai világban ez alapfelszereltség. De látom, hogy itt a városban nagyon sok helyen nincs klima. Jól sötétíthető és átszellőztethető, de napközben azért meleg van.

A superb location that must be visited

Our stay at Casa Lella in Dervio was perfect. We highly recommend this location for families and more. Around the property you have everything you need for a peaceful stay. Restaurant and ice cream parlor on the ground floor of the building, next to it a bar where you can have your morning coffee quietly, pharmacy and a supermarket 400m away. Dervio train station is 3min away, the trains in this region have a very good frequency for traveling quietly. From the location in a few minutes you reach the edge of Lake Como, where you find a "food village" area plus a superb park for children. We also recommend a walk on the cliff on the right side of the port. The landscapes in this location are superb. We will gladly return to this location.

− - the only minor minus I could write is the "noise" (which is not loud) of the trains, the railway being close, but at night with the external blinds drawn, you can have a peaceful and trouble-free sleep.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen! Nicoló war ein überragender Gastgeber und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert! Egal ob es um einen späten Check-In oder Empfehlungen zu einem Parkplatz ging. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Lage in Dervio ist zentral (See fußläufig, Supermärkte in der Nähe) und super, um mit dem Auto nach Varenna weiterzufahren.

Espacios muy amplios. Baño y cocina muy cómodos. Bien ubicado, cerca de todo, pero un poco ruidoso, aunque no molesta para dormir por la noche.

− Por decir algo, son pequeñas cositas fáciles de solucionar: la carpintería de aluminio está un poco vieja y ninguna ventana acaba de cerrar bien. La cuerda de la persiana del comedor estaba muy deshilachada y se nos quedó atascada a los pocos días de estar allí. El dormitorio de dos camas solo tiene un interruptor para encender la luz general y está fuera de la habitación, lo que lo hace un poco incómodo. La cocina está bastante nueva, pero le falta alguna cosa: no hay tostadora, la cafetera es muy pequeña para 4 huéspedes y faltan trapos.
