− Un climatiseur qui n’en est pas un 😡 obligé de le vider toutes les heures pour une température très moyenne, nous avons demandé comment la régler mais pas réponse. Voisins du haut bruyants

Nos gustó todo. Las vistas son espectaculares, la amplitud y limpieza. La buena atención del personal. La terraza increíble . La ubicación está perfecta entre Como y Bellagio. Repetiremos seguro.

We enjoyed our time in Lake Como.

The property was as described, photos are accurate. What a beautiful location on Lake Como. We had a hire car and Bellagio is about 25 mins drive, there was lots of parking available with a ticket. The staff for the property were very helpful and communicated accurate instructions to access the property. Communication was easy and frequent via whats app. Nesso is a small town and there are limited options on foot from the property, however there is a nice restaurant and bar a few hundred metres down the road. I would recommend bring basic supplies with you for the apartment as options are limited in Nesso. Overall, we had a great time in Nesso and our kids loved jumping off the Nesso bridge which is a short walk down the hill and a long walk up the hill.

− We had requested linen for the fold out bed which wasn’t available on day 1. There was also a known issue with the AC and it didn’t work for the duration of our stay. We requested for this to be fixed, we were given instructions to drain the AC ourselves which we did however it still didn’t work. It wasn’t attended to despite requesting this to be looked at during our stay. We were here in summer and it was very hot. The AC blew warm air the entire time as it wouldn’t switch off. It was a shame this happened as despite this the property was perfect….. side note, beware of a very steep driveway to access the property.

Beautiful lake view and really spacious patio

− The slope to access the apartment is way to steep for some cars with luggage to climb up; it was advertised that there is air conditioning but it actually only produce room temperature air, with the heat wave in Europe it’s just not gonna work; the apartment isn’t entirely clean, the floor is pretty dusty and corners of the room were clearly not paid attention during cleaning; the shower space is barely enough for an adult, please be careful if you are bigger in size it would mean that you won’t be able to get in; for the price you would expect a slightly higher standard and working facilities
