Bon séjour malgré quelques points négatives
5.0Le propriétaire était disponible au moment de mon arrivé malgré qu'il ne parle qu'italien il a su transmettre les bon messages. Il est sympa, accueillant, réactif et serviable, il m'a préconiser des lieux de visites et des astuces d'accès à la ville afin d'éviter la ZTL (risque d'amandes). Une place de parking dédié à côté de l'appartement à ma disposition. L'appartement est refait mais il manque des retouches.
− La puissance électrique n'est pas au RDV il faut alterné l'utilisation des équipements (lave ligne, Climatisation, four,...) L'appartement présente de l'humidité au coins des mures malgré qu'on est en été et il fait chaud (à traiter rapidement) La connexion internet est chaotique (box 4G avec faible débit ou inexistant parfois) et les opérateurs mobiles passent mal dans l'appartement.
