8.0posizione perfetta, in pieno centro, comoda da raggiungere con il percorso meccanizzato, ampiezza degli spazi interni, stile che rispetta la storia del posto, molto pulita, comunicazione con il proprietario molto facile e puntuale
− Molto buia, senza ventilatore (il proprietario ci ha detto che l'aria condizionata è vietata in tutto il centro). Assenza di minime "amenities", come semplice acqua all'arrivo o cialde per macchina del caffè (presente), niente per prima colazione, seppure frugale. Dotazione bagno molto spartana (un flacone di sapone per tutto). un po' rumorosa trovandosi direttamente su strada (basterebbe un pannello isolante da applicare alla porta).

10.0Мы были в этих апартаментах 4 ночи. И наше пребывание оказалось великолепным. Благодаря расположению в самом центре мы вполне прочувствовали атмосферу этого прекрасного города. В самой квартире было удобно. Нам особенно понравилось, что в жару 36 градусов совершенно не требовался кондиционер. Была естественная прохлада, очень приятно было приходить после прогулок по жарким улицам. Техника работает исправно. Кровать удобная. Интересный дизайн. Особое спасибо хозяину. Он блестяще решил сложную ситуацию,в которую мы попали при заселении в квартиру. Он всегда был на связи и помог заказать нам такси, когда мы уезжали. Рекомендую!

10.0Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect, right around the corner from the cathedral and the main square. Riccardo was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable, especially on a hot day.
− No complaints, I would stay there again.
